She has her SVQ level 4 in Playwork, Leadership and Management Qualification and has been on many training courses that has kept her knowledge in childcare up to date. Currently working hard towards a BA degree in childcare, Natalie is very compassionate about her job as she loves caring for children of any age. She has 14 years experience working in after school care services and 2 years experience as a Learning Support Assistant in a Primary School in East Kilbride. She enjoys working with children, getting to know them and their individual personalities. She believes that children should be given the ability to become independent individuals by promoting outdoor play in all weather,  encouraging children to enjoy the benefit of risky play and learn to overcome any barriers. She enjoys being surrounded by children because of their imagination, innocence and creativity. She hopes she can meet the needs of yourself and your child and look forward to working with the parents of the community in the future.
