Please ensure you include the following:

• Current email address.

• Class which your child is in. 

• Days/mornings required. 

​

We will get back to you as soon as possible with registration eforms.

Your eform must be completed in full and returned by email before your child can start at Schools' Out! A registration fee of £50 is also required, this can be paid by childcare voucher or BACS.
